About the founder:
Rachel Swinford, Ph.D., is an award-winning professor of Kinesiology at IUPUI with over a decade of leadership and team building experience. Dr. Swinford has worked with thousands of college students at Camp Brosius Leadership and Teamwork Development camp. She is also the founder and co-director of an adapted dance program for individuals with Down syndrome titled Live Laugh Dance.
